INTERIOR DESCRIPTION OF ROOMS:

Albatross Room – On the upper level opens onto private patio with sea views and this joins onto the large patio. This room has twin beds (but can be made up with a convertor mattress into a King bed), a TV, fridge, a basin in the bedroom and an en suite bathroom with bath and a built in shower in the bath. This large room has a sitting area with two cane chairs.

Eagle Room - Lower level - this large room opens onto its own private sitting area and pool area with sea views. This room has twin beds, (but can be made up with a convertor mattress into a King bed), a TV, a bathroom with shower only, a fridge and a sitting area with a full cane suite.

Birdie - Upper Level – Opens onto the patio with sea views. Birdie has 1. a medium sized bedroom with two twin beds and TV, 2. a bathroom with a bath and a built in shower in the bath, 3. a small dressing room with fridge and 4. a small sitting room.

Parr - Upper Level – Opens onto the patio with sea views. This medium sized bedroom has two twin beds and a TV, a separate small dressing room with fridge, and a bathroom with a shower only.

All rooms have hostel facilities, safes and fans and the Albatross and Eagle have air conditioning.

The upper level patio is extensive and has panoramic views of the ocean and the golf course. Golf House has a large open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and honesty bar area. The Golf House is fully fenced and there is secure parking. There is an unfenced swimming pool for guests. If guests choose Bed Only a cooked breakfast is available all day at Coffee on the Square in the village or at the Golf Club House.

There are two good restaurants in Southbroom. There is a supermarket, doctor, and a bottle store. In addition to the golf course there is a tennis and bowls club. Look up http://www.southernexplorer.co.za/ for more information on what to do on the South Coast.

Golf & Beach is a modern house featuring clean decorating lines. Golf & Beach can sleep up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. All bedrooms have beautiful cotton linen, fans and new luxury comfort beds. The kitchen is fully equiped and there is a webber braai on the patio. Golf & Beach has DSTV. Golf & Beach features an outside shower. Golf & Beach is serviced daily.

MAIN BEDROOM 1 DOWNSTAIRS
This large bedroom has a queen bed, 2 comfy chairs, dressing table and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. This bedroom opens onto the patio.

BEDROOM 2 DOWNSTAIRS
This medium bedroom has 2 single beds, dressing table and 2 chairs and shares, a large bathroom with shower only, with bedroom 3.

BEDROOM 3 DOWNSTAIRS
This bedroom has 2 single beds placed separately and shares a large bathroom with shower only with bedroom 2.

MAIN BEDROOM 4 UPSTAIRS
This large bedroom opens onto a private balcony with sea views. This bedroom has a queen bed and a beautiful modern bathroom featuring a wonderful bath and a shower.

Across the courtyard are bedroom 5 and 6.

COURTYARD BEDROOM 5
This medium size bedroom has 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom with bath only.

COURTYARD BEDROOM 6
This small bedroom has 2 single beds and is a comfortable single room or a small double. The small bathroom is ensuite and has a shower only.
