The Breakfast on a Tray is an excellent breakfast consisting of a fresh fruit platter, fresh fruit juices, yoghurts, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, cereals, toast, muffins, teas, coffees as well as a bowl of eggs if anyone wants to boil an egg. The Breakfast items are all put out in the guest side kitchen and serving area and trays are laid for guests to help themselves at any time and sit and enjoy their breakfast wherever they choose.

* BED ONLY

Bed Only means all the luxury and facilities of the B&B but no breakfast. If guests choose Bed Only a cooked breakfast is available all day at Coffee on the Square in the village or at the Golf Club House.

* SELF CATERING

Self Catering guests take over the whole of the Golf House.

Albatross Room – On the upper level opens onto private patio with sea views and this joins onto the large patio. This room has twin beds, a TV, fridge, a basin in the bedroom and an en suite bathroom with bath and a built in shower in the bath. This large room has a sitting area with two cane chairs.

* R500.00 Per Person Bed Only *

Eagle Room - Lower level - this large room opens onto its own private sitting area and pool area with sea views. This room has twin beds, a TV, a bathroom with shower only, a fridge and a sitting area with a full cane suite.

* R460.00 Per Person Bed Only *

Birdie - Upper Level – Opens onto the patio with sea views. Birdie has 1. a medium sized bedroom room with two twin beds and TV, 2. a bathroom with a bath and a built in shower in the bath, 3. a small dressing room with fridge and 4. a small sitting room.

The tariff for this room is:

* R460.00 Per Person Bed Only *

Parr - Upper Level – Opens onto the patio with sea views. This medium sized bedroom has two twin beds and a TV, a separate small dressing room with fridge, and a bathroom with a shower only.

* R425.00 Per Person Bed Only *

Putter – Lower Level - opening onto the pool area with sea views. This room is smaller and has two twin beds and a small bathroom with a shower only. It is a comfortable single room or a small double. This room has a small sitting area with two cane chairs and a TV.

Regret no children under 12 and no babies

All rooms have hostess facilities, safes and fans and all rooms except the Putter are air conditioned. All the twin beds, except in the Putter Room, can be converted into a King Bed.

The upper level patio is extensive and has panoramic views of the ocean and the golf course. Golf House has a large open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and honesty bar area. The Golf House is fully fenced and there is secure parking. There is an unfenced swimming pool for guests.

There are three good restaurants in Southbroom. There is a supermarket, doctor, and a bottle store. In addition to the golf course there is a tennis and bowls club. Look up www.southernexplorer.co.za for more information on what to do on the South Coast.
