INTERIOR DESCRIPTION OF ROOMS:
 Albatross Room – On the upper level opens onto private patio with sea views and this joins onto the large patio. This room has twin beds (but can be made up with a convertor mattress into a King bed), a TV, fridge, a basin in the bedroom and an en suite bathroom with bath and a built in shower in the bath. This large room has a sitting area with two cane chairs.

 Eagle Room - Lower level - this large room opens onto its own private sitting area and pool area with sea views. This room has twin beds, (but can be made up with a convertor mattress into a King bed), a TV, a bathroom with shower only, a fridge and a sitting area with a full cane suite.

Upper Level – Opens onto the patio with sea views. Birdie has 1. a medium sized bedroom with two twin beds and TV, 2. a bathroom with a bath and a built in shower in the bath, 3. a small dressing room with fridge and 4. a small sitting room.

 Parr - Upper Level – Opens onto the patio with sea views. This medium sized bedroom has two twin beds and a TV, a separate small dressing room with fridge, and a bathroom with a shower only.

 Putter – Lower Level - opening onto the pool area with sea views. This room is smaller and has two twin beds and a small bathroom with a shower only. It is a comfortable single room or a small double. This room has a small sitting area with two cane chairs and a TV.

Regret no children under 12 and no babies for Bed and Breakfast.
If no breakfast required take off R60.00 per person. If guests choose Bed Only a cooked breakfast is available all day at Coffee on the Square in the village or at the Golf Club House.
Single Loading R100 per night.
All rooms have hostess facilities, safes and fans and all rooms except the Putter are air conditioned.
The upper level patio is extensive and has panoramic views of the ocean and the golf course. Golf House has a large open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and honesty bar area. The Golf House is fully fenced and there is secure parking. There is an unfenced swimming pool for guests.
There are three good restaurants in Southbroom. There is a supermarket, doctor, and a bottle store. In addition to the golf course there is a tennis and bowls club. Look up http://www.southernexplorer.co.za/ for more information on what to do on the South Coast.
